We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and customer-focused Food & Beverage Manager to lead our F&B operations. The ideal candidate will oversee restaurant services, banquet operations, room dining, and bar management while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day F&B operations across all outlets
  • Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and food quality
  • Handle menu planning, costing, and vendor management
  • Supervise and train the F&B team to maintain excellent guest service
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and banquet teams for smooth operations
  • Monitor inventory, reduce wastage, and optimize operational costs
  • Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and FSSAI regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or equivalent
  • 3–7 years of experience in the hotel F&B department
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Knowledge of restaurant trends, menu planning & cost control
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
  • Experience in banquet and bar operations is an added advantage
