Job Summary:

The Room Service Attendant is responsible for delivering food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a timely, professional, and courteous manner, ensuring guest satisfaction and adhering to hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms promptly and accurately.
  • Set up trays or trolleys with appropriate cutlery, napkins, and condiments.
  • Handle guest requests professionally and ensure a high standard of service.
  • Collect trays or trolleys from guest rooms after service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service areas and equipment.
  • Assist with restocking room service items and supplies as needed.
  • Ensure proper billing and obtain guest signatures as per hotel procedures.
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front desk for smooth operations.
  • Report any guest complaints or issues to the supervisor immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
