About the Role

Park Tutoring, a U.S.-based education company, is expanding across California. We are looking for a remote India-based professional to help identify and secure new branch office spaces.

This role requires excellent English communication skills to handle calls and emails with U.S. landlords, brokers, and vendors during California business hours.

You will research properties, gather lease details, and coordinate setup for new tutoring branches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research Properties: Find suitable office/retail spaces across California via online listings, brokers, and direct contacts.
  • Outreach & Communication: Contact landlords, brokers, and property managers via calls/emails to collect pricing, lease terms, and availability.
  • Comparison Reports: Prepare spreadsheets with rent, square footage, amenities, parking, and lease conditions for management review.
  • Coordination: Schedule virtual tours and follow up with vendors (IT, furniture, utilities).
  • Documentation: Assist in preparing LOIs, applications, and forwarding lease paperwork for attorney review.
  • Vendor Support: Help coordinate remotely to ensure branch readiness.

Candidate Requirements

  • Based in India with a stable internet connection and professional home setup.
  • Experience in sales, business development, operations, or account management preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Strong organizational, research, and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel.
  • Comfortable working California business hours (evening/night India time).

Compensation

  • Depending on experience and skills.
