Role Overview: We're looking for an HR Generalist who thrives at the intersection of people and processes. Someone who is empathetic, detail-oriented, and proactive—with the ability to build strong employee connections while keeping our HR systems sharp, compliant, and future-ready You'll own critical people processes—onboarding to offboarding, engagement to performance—and play a key role in shaping a culture of learning, accountability, and growth
What You'll Do:
1.) Onboarding & Employee Experience Deliver a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for every new hire Coordinate induction sessions and ensure all joining formalities are completed on time
2.) Audit & Compliance Ensure HR documentation is accurate and closed within defined timelines Support internal and external audits (ISMS & QMS) by maintaining audit-ready records Drive 100% compliance across all HR processes and policies
3.) Learning & Development (L&D) Manage the L&D portal, making learning accessible and seamless Partner with managers to identify training needs and support development initiatives
4.) HR Analytics & Reporting Build and share monthly/quarterly dashboards (headcount, attrition, engagement, etc Translate data into insights to drive smarter people decisions
5.) Employee Offboarding Manage exit processes—documentation, interviews, and knowledge transfer Keep offboarding trackers updated and ensure timely closure
6.) Talent Branding Lead employer branding on social platforms like Instagram & LinkedIn Design and execute campaigns that highlight us as an employer of choice
7.) Engagement & Culture Connect with employees quarterly to understand their journey Support ESAT surveys and turn feedback into action Plan and execute engagement activities across PAN India
8.) Performance & Growth Facilitate monthly 1:1 check-ins and quarterly feedback cycles Support goal-setting and ensure performance documentation is accurate
9.) HRMS & Data Integrity Keep employee data updated—promotions, transfers, exits Ensure clean and reliable HR records across systems and trackers. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of HR generalist experience (tech/health-tech experience is a plus). Strong attention to detail with great organizational skills. A true people's person—empathetic, approachable, and relationship-focused. Accountable, proactive, and comfortable working independently & collaboratively. Experience with HRMS tools, data reporting, and social media.
