About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned
HR Generalist
with 12–15 years of hands-on experience in managing end-to-end HR functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, HR operations, and compliance — along with excellent communication skills in Kannada and English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, and exit formalities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and performance-related matters.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and retention strategies.
  • Partner with business heads to identify talent gaps and implement effective workforce planning.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Conduct performance management and appraisal cycles, ensuring fairness and consistency.
  • Support HR audits, documentation, and policy updates in line with company and legal requirements.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, internal communications, and employee relations in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive HR transformation and culture-building initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent degree.
  • 12–15 years of progressive HR experience in mid to large-sized organizations.
  • Fluency in Kannada
    (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
