Job Summary:
The Training Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering training programs to enhance the knowledge and performance of field force teams (Sales Representatives, Medical Representatives, and Area Managers). The role involves developing training materials, conducting induction and refresher programs, and ensuring that the sales and marketing teams are well-equipped with product knowledge and selling skills aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Delivery & Coordination
- Conduct product, sales, and soft skills training for new and existing employees.
- Organize induction programs for new joiners in coordination with HR and Sales.
- Deliver refresher training sessions to improve performance and reinforce key competencies.
2. Content Development & Management
- Develop training modules, visual aids, e-learning content, and assessments.
- Collaborate with the marketing and medical teams to ensure training content is scientifically accurate and updated.
- Maintain a training calendar and database of trained employees.
3. Performance Monitoring & Evaluation
- Assess training effectiveness through post-training evaluations, tests, and feedback.
- Identify knowledge or skill gaps through performance analysis and recommend training interventions.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with sales managers and marketing teams to align training programs with business goals.
- Support product launches with appropriate training plans and materials.
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure training materials comply with company and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate training records and reports for audits and management review.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical/OTC product portfolios and sales processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and digital learning tools.
- Ability to simplify scientific/technical information for effective learning.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Science / Pharmacy / Life Sciences (B.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc, etc.).
- MBA in Marketing / HR / Training (preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in training, sales training, or product management in the Pharma or OTC industry.

Manager / Sr. Manager – Training & Development
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Training completion rate and feedback scores.
- Improvement in field force performance post-training.
- Successful execution of new product training.
- Compliance with training schedules and documentation accuracy.
