Experience Required: 6–10 years in HR/Training (preferably in NBFCs or BFSI sector)

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Background:

  • MBA in HR / Organizational Psychology / Learning & Development or equivalent.

Experience:

  • 3-7 years of experience in HR Training & Development, preferably in NBFC or BFSI.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and delivering training programs.

Key Competencies:

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like RBI, AML/KYC guidelines (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, LMS platforms, and digital learning tools.

Role Summary:

The HR Training Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the BFSI/NBFC space, with a deep understanding of regulatory training, soft skills, leadership development, and performance improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Strategy & Planning

  • Design and execute the annual training calendar based on TNI (Training Needs Identification) and business goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads and business leaders to identify skill gaps and future training needs.
  • Develop training modules tailored to NBFC business functions (e.g., credit, collections, sales, compliance).

Program Development & Delivery

  • Design and deliver in-house training programs (both online and offline).
  • Partner with external vendors or training consultants for specialized programs.
  • Implement onboarding programs for new hires across levels.

Regulatory & Compliance Training

  • Ensure mandatory RBI and regulatory training programs are conducted regularly.
  • Keep training content up to date with compliance, AML/KYC, data privacy, and financial conduct regulations.

Leadership & Functional Development

  • Develop programs for leadership and managerial development.
