Company Description

Mideast Pipeline Products started in 1964 as a manufacturing unit focused on the Oil & Gas Pipeline sector, founded by Mr. Mohan Singh. Initially, the company produced items such as insulators and end seals for road and rail crossings and spring hangers for pipelines on railway bridges. Over time, the product line expanded to include pig cups, brushes, insulating joints, and pipeline markers. After Mr. Singh's passing in 2000, his son Maninder Singh has successfully continued leading the company. The Pipeline Construction Division, established in 1968, has grown to cover extensive pipeline works and river crossings across various parts of India.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, employee onboarding, performance management, and HR compliance. Daily tasks include developing and implementing HR strategies, addressing employee relations issues, managing training and development programs, and maintaining HR records. The HR Manager will also play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and regulations
  • Skills in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
  • Ability to address employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing or pipeline industry is a plus
