Performance Marketer Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and execute paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms. Run and optimize Google AdWords PPC campaigns for US-based clients, ensuring strong lead generation and ROI. Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through performance-driven strategies. Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign experiments to maximize results. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).Optimize campaigns on a daily/weekly basis for maximum efficiency and budget utilization. Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to develop engaging ad copies, creatives, and high-converting landing pages. Stay updated with industry trends, new advertising tools, and emerging platforms. Manage budgets, forecast performance, and ensure campaigns align with business objectives. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising. Proven track record of managing Google AdWords PPC campaigns for US clients. Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising. Proficiency in analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, data visualization platforms).Solid understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, remarketing strategies, and attribution models. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills. Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant certifications (preferred).
