We're looking for a sharp, data-driven Junior Performance Marketer to support our growth team in running and optimizing paid digital campaigns. Ideal for someone with a tech or engineering
background who's passionate about Meta Ads, digital marketing, and analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up and optimizing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics.
  • Support A/B testing, audience targeting, and ROI improvement.
  • Use basic Python or Excel for campaign data and automation.
  • Stay updated on new digital marketing tools and trends.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Engineering, Technology, or related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset with interest in digital advertising.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or Google Ads preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Python and data handling tools.
  • Eager to learn, experiment, and grow in performance marketing.
