Role Description
We are hiring a
Customer Service & Patient Support SME (Healthcare)
for a
full-time, on-site role in Mumbai
. The role will be responsible for managing inbound patient inquiries, responding to CRM leads, coordinating with internal teams and healthcare partners, and ensuring a seamless service experience for patients and their families. The SME will also maintain accurate records, monitor service quality, and provide insights for process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in
customer service (Healthcare), patient support, or healthcare operations - Strong healthcare background (hospital, diagnostics, home healthcare, or similar)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and regional languages
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Skilled in CRM tools, Excel, and record-keeping
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
