Job Title: Firewall Administrator / Network Security Engineer

Location: Gurugram (On-site / Hybrid)

Experience Required: 4+ Years

Client : TCS (Contractual - Performance based Conversion for FTE).

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Firewall Administrator / Network Security Engineer with deep hands-on expertise in managing and maintaining enterprise-grade firewall infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with Palo Alto Firewalls (Panorama) and Cisco ASA / FTD, along with solid exposure to VPN configuration and ServiceNow ticketing systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, and Cisco FTD firewalls.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Site-to-Site and Remote VPNs.
  • Implement and maintain firewall policies, NAT rules, and security profiles.
  • Utilize Palo Alto Panorama and Cisco FMC for centralized policy management.
  • Handle incident, change, and problem management through ServiceNow.
  • Perform routine health checks, upgrades, and monitoring of network security infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with global IT and SOC teams to enhance network security posture.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Firewall Administration

Proficiency in Cisco ASA, Cisco FTD, and Palo Alto Firewalls

Working knowledge of Palo Alto Panorama and Cisco FMC

Strong understanding of VPN (Site-to-Site, Client) setup and troubleshooting

Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools

Knowledge of network protocols, routing, and security best practices

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to Cisco ISE, IPS/IDS, or Next-Gen Security Tools
  • Experience in 24x7 production support or global network operations
  • Relevant certifications like CCNP Security, PCNSE, or CISSP
