Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain servers, databases, and ERP infrastructure across on premise and cloud environments.

·       Install, configure, and monitor Windows/Linux servers, firewalls, and network equipment (routers, switches, access points).

·       Provide support for ERP applications, including installation, upgrades, and connectivity troubleshooting.

·       Ensure smooth operation of company-wide IT systems, networks, and software tools.

·       Manage user accounts, access control, and security policies through Active Directory and related services.

·       Perform regular system backups, patch management, and data recovery testing.

·       Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize for stability and speed.

·       Coordinate with developers and software teams to maintain application servers and database environments (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL).

·       Implement and monitor IT security protocols, including antivirus, firewalls, and data protection policies.

·       Document infrastructure configurations, software installations, and standard operating procedures.

 Required Skills & Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· –5 years of experience as a System Administrator or Network/System Engineer.

·       Strong hands-on experience with: Windows Server and/or Linux Server Administration

·       Networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching)

·       Firewall management (Sophos,Fortigate, pfSense, Cisco ASA, etc.)

·       Good understanding of ERP system environments (application servers, database connectivity, client setups).

·       Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, ESXI).

·       Knowledge of backup tools, monitoring systems, and security hardening.

·       Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.

·       Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
