Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain servers, databases, and ERP infrastructure across on premise and cloud environments.

  • Install, configure, and monitor Windows/Linux servers, firewalls, and network equipment (routers, switches, access points).
  • Provide support for ERP applications, including installation, upgrades, and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Ensure smooth operation of company-wide IT systems, networks, and software tools.
  • Manage user accounts, access control, and security policies through Active Directory and related services.
  • Perform regular system backups, patch management, and data recovery testing.
  • Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize for stability and speed.
  • Coordinate with developers and software teams to maintain application servers and database environments (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
  • Implement and monitor IT security protocols, including antivirus, firewalls, and data protection policies.
  • Document infrastructure configurations, software installations, and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a System Administrator or Network/System Engineer.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Windows Server and/or Linux Server Administration
  • Networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching)
  • Firewall management (Sophos,Fortigate, pfSense, Cisco ASA, etc.)
  • Good understanding of ERP system environments (application servers, database connectivity, client setups).
  • Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, ESXI).
  • Knowledge of backup tools, monitoring systems, and security hardening.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
