Job Description:

  • Oversee end-to-end system administration and infrastructure management for reconciliation systems
  • Lead and mentor a team of administrators and technical support staff, ensuring timely resolution of issues
  • Monitor system performance, conduct routine maintenance, and implement patches and upgrades
  • Collaborate with database and application teams for integrated issue analysis and resolution
  • Ensure daily reconciliation processes run smoothly, with timely escalation of discrepancies
  • Prepare and maintain system documentation, logs, and SOPs for audit and compliance
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for system or reconciliation failures and ensure preventive measures
  • Coordinate with client-side technical teams for issue resolution, testing, and deployment
  • Maintain data security, access controls, and compliance with organizational IT policies
  • Support automation initiatives and performance improvement efforts

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of Linux/Windows server administration
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle/MySQL databases
  • Scripting experience in Shell / Batch / PowerShell
  • Familiarity with Reconciliation or Banking applications (preferably BFSI domain)
  • Understanding of network configuration, firewalls, and security protocols
  • Experience in log analysis, system monitoring tools, and incident management
    Soft Skills and Leadership Competencies- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective decision-making and time management skills.
  • Proactive approach toward process improvement and issue prevention.

Certifications: Linux Administration, Database Administration, or Cloud technologies
