Key Responsibilities:

  • Search, identify, and track relevant tenders from Ariba, SAP Ariba, GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement portals.
  • Register, update, and maintain company profiles on tender platforms.
  • Study tender documents (RFP, RFQ, EOI, etc.) and analyze eligibility criteria, terms, and scope.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, technical, legal) to prepare documentation.
  • Draft, compile, and submit proposals/tender documents within deadlines.
  • Monitor clarifications, amendments, and pre-bid meetings and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain and update tender tracker, submission records, and status reports.
  • Generate new business leads through tender searches, vendor registrations, and networking.
  • Assist BD team in identifying prospective clients and industry opportunities.
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with company and statutory guidelines.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Ariba, SAP Ariba, GeM, and e-tendering portals.
  • Understanding of tendering process, documentation, and compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
