Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team in the elevator industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate information.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Service Coordination: Coordinate with technical teams to schedule maintenance and repair services for elevators.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Reporting: Prepare and present customer service reports to management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service processes and practices.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with CRM software.
- Local Candidates: Must be a resident of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
