Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team in the elevator industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

  • Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate with technical teams to schedule maintenance and repair services for elevators.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present customer service reports to management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service processes and practices.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with CRM software.
