Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Care Executive based in Ahmedabad. The role involves addressing customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving concerns efficiently. The Customer Care Executive will also be responsible for building strong relationships, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales efforts through effective communication and engagement with clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience or aptitude in Sales and relationship-building
  • Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and resolve issues professionally
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in insurance, real estate, or financial services is a plus
  • Graduation or equivalent educational qualification
