Customer Care Executive (US Healthcare – Night Shift)

Location: Ahmedabad (Work From Office)

Experience Required: 0-1 year in Customer Support / Call Handling / Voice Process

Shift: Night Shift (US Hours)

Basic English Communication Required

Job Overview:

Limpid Global Solutions is looking for an experienced Customer Care Executive to handle calls, resolve customer queries, and support US-based clients in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for US customers and healthcare providers.
  • Assist with queries related to services, account updates, or general support.
  • Document call details accurately and maintain proper records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve open issues.
  • Maintain professionalism, clarity, and customer satisfaction on every call.

Requirements:

  • 0-1 year of experience in customer care, call center, or voice process.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal + written).
  • Ability to handle customer interactions with patience and clarity.
  • Comfortable working night shift from the Ahmedabad office.
  • Good listening skills, problem-solving ability, and call-handling etiquette.
