As a member of the Core Business Services (CBS), you have an opportunity to work across teams that extend knowledge, resources, and tools to the wider firm helping them deliver exceptional service to our clients, gain in the marketplace and aid the firm's growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Aid Services, Administrative Services, Brand, Marketing and Communications, and Quality and Risk Management.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Proficient in developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies tailored to attract top talent across diverse platforms. - Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and leverage data-driven insights for continuous improvement of hiring processes. - Experienced in managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, facilitating effective sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding practices. - Knowledgeable in employer branding initiatives aimed at enhancing the organization's visibility and attractiveness to prospective candidates. - Skilled in market mapping to identify and engage with potential talent pools, ensuring a ready reference for stakeholders.

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

• PG Diploma in Human Resource Management

Experience

• Talent Acquisition (10+ years)
