Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior HR Manager for our expanding team, based in Hyderabad. This is a full-time role ideal for candidates with a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in managing and developing our recruitment and employee engagement strategies, aiming to foster a productive and harmonious work environment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Candidates must have experience as an HR manager, a mandatory skill for this role.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS platforms is required to efficiently manage employee information and keep records organized.
  • Should have a strong grasp of talent acquisition to effectively attract, select, and onboard new employees for our growing team.

  • Experience with performance management systems is necessary to ensure employee objectives align with company goals.
  • Must ensure labor law compliance, enabling the company to maintain legal integrity in all HR-related matters.
  • Data analysis for HR activities is required to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of HR policies and initiatives.
  • Advocating diversity and inclusion initiatives is crucial to create an equitable and diverse workplace.
