Position:

Membership Consultant

 
Role Overview:

As a 
Membership Consultant
, you'll be the face of 
21 Fitness
 — guiding potential members through their fitness journey from the very first interaction. You'll be responsible for achieving sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for every new member.

 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell gym memberships and fitness programs
  • Handle walk-ins, leads, and telephonic inquiries effectively
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of gym offerings and services
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with members and prospects
  • Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
  • Coordinate with the fitness and operations teams to ensure a premium client experience

 
Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in 
    Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field
     (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience
     in sales, customer service, or the fitness industry
  • Excellent 
    communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong 
    presentation and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven attitude
  • Basic computer literacy (CRM, MS Office, or POS systems)
  • Passion for 
    fitness, health, and lifestyle improvement
