Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor / Tendering (Fitouts), located in Gurugram. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities), managing costs during the project lifecycle, planning and reporting costs, and ensuring project costs remain within the budget. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing project requirements, preparing cost estimates, tendering, and liaising with clients and contractors to ensure financial efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
  • Experience in preparing and managing BOQs
  • Proficiency in Cost Reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project teams
  • Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Professional certification or membership in relevant quantity surveying bodies is beneficial
