Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced
Quantity Surveyor
with a strong background in
civil building works
. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of
7 years of experience
in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and contract management related to large-scale civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and monitor project budgets and cost estimates.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
  • Evaluate and negotiate contracts, variations, and claims.
  • Monitor and control project costs to ensure completion within budget.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate quantity and cost assessments.
  • Assist in procurement planning and vendor selection.
  • Prepare progress reports and payment certifications.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and legal requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil building projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on government or large-scale infrastructure projects in the NCR region.
  • Knowledge of FIDIC or similar contract management frameworks.
