Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Quantity Surveyor located in Gurugram. The Project Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, preparing and managing bills of quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in cost control, cost management, and cost planning
  • Ability to prepare and manage bills of quantities (BOQ)
  • Proficient in cost reporting
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in quantity Surveying
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
