Group Trip division
, and are looking for an enthusiastic
Travel Experience Consultant
who loves talking to people, understanding their travel dreams, and helping them pick the perfect Travel Buddy experience.

Key Responsibilities (JD)

  • Call and connect with leads generated through the website, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Understand traveler preferences (destination, travel style, budget, etc.) and suggest suitable group trips.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings with a consultative approach (not pushy sales).
  • Coordinate with the Operations Team for itinerary updates, seat availability, and confirmations.
  • Maintain lead details and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets.
  • Build relationships with past travelers for repeat bookings and referrals.
  • Promote add-on services like Elite Membership, insurance, and flights when relevant.
  • Share trip updates, photos, and traveler feedback to support marketing content.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in
    Travel & Tourism
    preferred.
  • Or
    minimum 1 year of Sales Experience in the Travel Domain
    (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Energetic, goal-driven, and passionate about travel.
