Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in day-to-day activities such as preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (operations, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and CRM databases.
  • Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and ensure timely responses.
  • Assist in preparing sales performance reports, tracking targets, and monitoring KPIs.
  • Help organize sales meetings, product demonstrations, and client visits.
  • Prepare and manage sales documentation including purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt support and communication.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for lead generation and promotional activities.
