Executive – Sales Support

Education: B.Com Graduate preferred
Languages Required: Hindi, English, and local language (Kannada/Tamil/Malayalam as applicable)
We are hiring an Executive Sales Support for our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi, English, and the local language, and have a strong command of Excel. SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide backend support to the sales team and coordinate daily operations
Maintain and update sales data and reports using Excel
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Process sales orders and monitor dispatch status
Assist with documentation, follow-ups, and customer support
Work on SAP for sales data entry and updates (preferred)
Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Excel
B.Com Graduate preferred
Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language
12 years of experience in sales coordination or support (preferred)
Knowledge of SAP is a strong plus
Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate
