  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, with a focus on Facebook Ads and Amazon Ads.
  • Manage campaign budgets, monitor ROI, and deliver results against performance KPIs (ROAS, conversions, CTR, CAC, etc.).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize ad effectiveness.
  • Create and test ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Advertising Console, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Collaborate with sales, content, and design teams to align ad strategies with business goals.
  • Optimize product listings, sponsored ads, and display campaigns on Amazon to increase visibility and sales.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates in performance marketing.
  • Suggest data-driven improvements for scaling ad campaigns and reducing cost per acquisition.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and conversion funnels.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience in running and managing Facebook Ads (Meta Business Manager) and Amazon Ads (Seller Central/Advertising Console).
  • Strong knowledge of campaign optimization, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and sponsored product campaigns.
  • Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
