We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketer to drive and optimize our digital acquisition efforts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with paid media channels, and the ability to maximize campaign performance while maintaining cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage all digital acquisition campaigns across mobile apps and websites using platforms such as SEM, social media, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and programmatic advertising.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
  • Strategically work within budget constraints to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining an optimal Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with multiple vendors and third-party tracking services to meet acquisition goals.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against ROI and KPIs.
  • Identify emerging trends and insights to optimize budget allocation and campaign performance.
  • Leverage strong analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end customer journey across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Monitor acquisition campaigns for fraud and implement actions to reduce fraudulent activities.
  • Design and execute small-scale A/B tests to enhance campaign and creative effectiveness.
  • Proactively recommend new digital channels and strategies to efficiently increase new user acquisition.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven 4 to 6 years of experience in performance marketing or digital acquisition roles.
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, and analytics tools.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and tracking tools.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive monthly salary between 40,000 and 50,000, commensurate with experience.
