Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns with a strong focus on Google Ads—to drive lead generation and improve ROI for healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

-Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.

-Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve CPL, ROAS, and conversion goals.

-Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing for ad copy and creatives.

-Work with analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform-specific dashboards to track results.

-Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-converting landing pages and ad creatives.

-Generate weekly/monthly reports, insights, and optimization recommendations for internal and client review.

-Stay updated with the latest algorithm changes, platform updates, and digital trends in performance marketing.

-Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Social Media, Design) to align campaign strategies.

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.

-Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager.

-Solid understanding of Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and performance metrics.

-Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

-Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixel setup, UTM tagging, and CRM integration.

-Ability to handle multiple ad accounts and campaigns simultaneously.

-Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

-Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification.

-Experience in healthcare, wellness, or clinic marketing campaigns.

-Familiarity with tools like Unbounce, Webflow, or other landing page builders.

-Understanding of full-funnel marketing, retargeting, and customer journey mapping.
