Location: Chennai
Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Consultants to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions through calls, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving daily targets.
This role requires proficiency in Hindi and Telugu in addition to English.
Key Responsibilities
Make over 400 customer calls per day through the auto-dialing system.
Follow the customer service script provided to maintain consistency.
Adhere to company policies, resolution processes, and compliance standards.
Maintain strong customer relations and ensure satisfaction.
Achieve individual and team-based performance targets.
Record and analyse customer interactions using the internal CRM system.
Maintain data accuracy and document customer queries.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Customer-oriented with strong professionalism and active listening skills.
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and achieve targets.
Strong communication skills in English with proficiency in Hindi and Telugu.
Good call handling skills with a problem-solving attitude.
