Senior Process Associate

Job Summary:
We are a rapidly growing RCM organization seeking a motivated and self-driven professional with proven experience in Insurance Verification, Charge Entry, and Payment Posting. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, accountable, and capable of delivering quality output in a fast-paced and evolving healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Insurance Eligibility and Benefits Verification for patients prior to service.
- Verify coverage, copays, deductibles, and prior authorization requirements.
- Perform accurate and timely Charge Entry from encounter forms, coding sheets, or EMR data.
- Validate coding accuracy and payer-specific requirements before claim submission.
- Post payments (ERA/EOB/Manual) in the billing system with 100% accuracy.
- Identify and resolve unapplied, partial, or denied payments.
- Coordinate with AR and Coding teams for issue resolution and process improvement.
- Maintain required turnaround times (TAT) and quality metrics for each process.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company data security protocols.
sRequired Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Insurance Verification, Charge Entry, and Payment Posting.
- Strong understanding of EOBs, ERAs, payer-specific rules, and denial categories.
- Experience using EMRs or billing platforms (eClinicalWorks, Kareo, AdvancedMD, Athena, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Education:
- Any graduate (preferably in life sciences, commerce, or healthcare-related field).
