Job Summary:

Responsible for managing customer relationships, maintaining client data, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the company to improve satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update customer database in CRM software.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints promptly.
  • Coordinate with sales, production, and dispatch teams for order follow-up.
  • Prepare and share regular customer reports and feedback.
  • Support the sales team with lead follow-up and customer communication.
  • Ensure timely communication regarding delivery, payments, and service issues.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with key customers.

Key Skills:

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
  • Customer service and follow-up ability.
  • Data management and reporting skills.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2 –5 years of experience in CRM or customer service (manufacturing / Relevant).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
