Job Summary:
Responsible for managing customer relationships, maintaining client data, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the company to improve satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer database in CRM software.
- Handle customer queries and complaints promptly.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and dispatch teams for order follow-up.
- Prepare and share regular customer reports and feedback.
- Support the sales team with lead follow-up and customer communication.
- Ensure timely communication regarding delivery, payments, and service issues.
- Build and maintain good relationships with key customers.
Key Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Customer service and follow-up ability.
- Data management and reporting skills.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2 –5 years of experience in CRM or customer service (manufacturing / Relevant).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
