Job Summary / About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on development experience to join our growing US healthcare and RCM technology team.

You will build and maintain end-to-end applications that support medical billing, workflow automation, and data analytics while ensuring security and compliance with healthcare standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain full-stack web applications for healthcare and RCM workflows.
  • Build APIs and microservices in with secure database integrations.
  • Work with the operations and billing teams to optimize process automation.
  • Migrate legacy systems into scalable, modern applications.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data security standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile development environment.

Mandatory Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and
  • Strong experience with relational and non-relational databases (non-relational preferred).
  • Experience with REST APIs and version control (Git).
  • Background in agile or iterative development cycles.

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Angular or front-end frameworks experience.
  • Familiarity with MongoDB, Docker, and AWS.
  • Exposure to Tailwind CSS.
  • Experience using AI-assisted coding tools.
  • Knowledge of RCM processes or healthcare data formats (HL7, FHIR).

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience

Minimum 3 years (Preferred: experience in healthcare / RCM software development).
