Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts with System Integrators (SI Partners) in AHMEDABAD, DELHI, MUMBAI, PUNE, BANGALORE AND CHENNAI from IT Hardware industry who have strong holding in Laptop market

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, building strong relationships with SI partners, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at SI partners.

- Collaborate with SI partners to identify business opportunities and develop joint sales strategies.

  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth with SI partners.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential SI partners.

- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, and support) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

  1. Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new SI partners in assigned territory.

- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential SI partners.

  1. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

- Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates.

- Track and report sales performance metrics.

  1. Market Intelligence:

- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

- Provide market intelligence to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

  2. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in the IT industry, with a focus on system integration or channel sales.

  3. Skills:

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Strong sales and business development skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with CRM software and sales tools.

  1. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the IT industry, including system integration and channel sales.
