We're Hiring: Ticketing Intern – Join Our Travel Team

Are you passionate about the travel industry and eager to kick-start your career in ticketing and reservations? We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Ticketing Intern to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with flight bookings, fare checks, and PNR creation

Support the team in handling reissues, refunds, and schedule changes

Coordinate with airlines and consolidators

Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth customer communication

Learn GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) under supervision

What We're Looking For:

Fresh graduates or students pursuing travel & tourism / hospitality

Basic understanding of airline ticketing (preferred, not mandatory)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
