About Us :

BAI Infosolutions is a leading travel-tech organization managing multiple brands that support corporate travel and fleet operations. We offer comprehensive travel solutions, including hotel accommodation, transportation support, and corporate travel services.

We are looking for a motivated Operations Intern to support our travel operations team in managing air ticketing, hotel reservations, cab services, and tour packages. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates or students seeking hands-on exposure in the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in booking air tickets using GDS software and online portals.
  • Coordinate with airlines for fare inquiries and basic negotiations.
  • Support in handling ticket-related issues such as changes, cancellations, and reissues.
  • Maintain records of airline communications and fare structures.
  • Assist in analyzing air travel costs and budgets.
  • Assist in hotel bookings ensuring accuracy and timely confirmations.
  • Support rate comparison and negotiations with hotels under supervision.
  • Help maintain a database of preferred hotel partners.
  • Coordinate with hotels for availability, billing, and payment follow-ups.
  • Assist the operations team in daily travel-related activities.
  • Support vendor coordination for hotels, airlines, and transport providers.
  • Help document standard operating procedures and corrective action plans.
  • Assist in client coordination and service follow-ups.
  • Stay informed about travel industry trends and updates.

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Graduate or pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–6 months of experience (Freshers are welcome).
  • Basic understanding of travel operations is an advantage.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
