Role Overview:

The
Product Intern
will work closely with the Product Manager, engineering, design, and operations teams to support product development, user research, feature testing, and analytics. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about solving real-world problems through product thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in defining and documenting product requirements and feature specifications.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and feedback collection from customers and gig workers.
  • Support data analysis to understand user behaviour, feature performance, and product funnel issues.
  • Collaborate with designers on UX flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Work with engineering teams on sprint planning, QA/testing, and release validation.
  • Track product bugs, feature improvements, and user tickets.
  • Prepare product dashboards, reports, and internal presentations.
  • Benchmark competitor products and industry best practices.
  • Assist in A/B testing experiments and performance measurement.
  • Ensure strong communication between product, marketing, operations, and tech teams.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in product management, UI/UX, and technology-led solutions.
  • Ability to understand user needs and convert them into structured insights.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel/Sheets; familiarity with Figma, Notion, or analytics tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • High ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn quickly.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
