Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Intern to join our team. This role will provide hands-on experience in product development, operations, partner management, and user experience enhancement. The intern will support ongoing projects and contribute to the growth of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in analyzing user behavior and feedback to identify product improvement opportunities.
  • Help in creating product requirement documents, wireframes, and user stories.
  • Track product performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure timely execution of product enhancements.
  • Conduct market research to benchmark features and suggest innovative solutions.
  • Support testing of new features and ensure quality before release.
  • Assist in documenting processes, workflows, and product updates.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues, gather feedback, and communicate product updates effectively.
  • Support ongoing partner relationship management to ensure smooth collaboration and service quality.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in product management, technology, Operations.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic project management tools is a plus.

Location: Gurugram ( Hybrid )

Joining- Immediate

Tenure: 3 months

Stipend : Rs.20000/- per month

Permanent role may be offered upon successful completion of the internship.
