We are seeking a motivated
Product Intern (Product Analytics)
to join our Product team. The intern will focus on
product analytics, web analytics, and customer funnel optimization
, supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in
Product Management
while working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and improve
    customer behavior and journeys
    across the product.
  • Collect both
    subjective customer feedback
    (focus groups, surveys) and
    objective insights
    (analytics tools, behavioral data).
  • Track and optimize
    core product KPIs
    : user engagement, retention, churn, bounce rates, and conversion.
  • Work on
    customer funnels (acquisition, activation, retention, referral, revenue)
    to identify friction points and drive growth.
  • Support
    web analytics
    using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or GA4.
  • Build and maintain
    dashboards and reports
    to monitor user behavior and performance trends.
  • Collaborate with
    product managers, designers, and engineers
    to validate hypotheses and measure feature impact.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate in
    Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    customer journeys and funnel metrics
    .
  • Analytical mindset
    with strong problem-solving skills; comfort working with data.
  • Familiarity with at least one analytics tool (
    Google Analytics, GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.
    ).
  • Basic knowledge of
    SQL
    (or willingness to learn quickly).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across teams.
  • Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how
    data influences product decisions
    .
  • Preference for candidates with
    tech background + strong communication skills
    .
