With technical expertise from NIFT and years of experience working with international retailers and designers, VKNP Designs continues to strive for excellence, supported by a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility with a production capacity of 100,000 pcs/month.

Key Responsibilities:

*Assist the production team in day-to-day operations related to garment manufacturing.

* Support in monitoring production schedules, timelines, and workflow.

* Coordinate with various departments (merchandising, quality, sampling, cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing) to ensure smooth operations.

* Maintain records of fabric, trims, and accessories usage.

* Assist in preparing production reports, documentation, and order tracking.

* Observe and learn about factory floor operations including cutting, sewing, and finishing.

* Participate in quality control checks under supervision.

* Help in problem-solving related to production delays or material shortages.

* Gain exposure to compliance, cost management, and buyer requirement handling.

Learning Opportunities

* Hands-on exposure to garment production processes from raw material to finished product.

* Practical knowledge of production planning, process flow, and time management.

* Understanding of quality assurance and international standards in apparel manufacturing.

* Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a garment export house/manufacturing setup.

Qualifications

* Pursuing a degree/diploma in Fashion Technology, Apparel Production, Textile Technology, or related field.

* Basic understanding of garment manufacturing processes.

* Strong interest in production and operations.

* Good communication and organizational skills.

* Knowledge of MS Excel/Word will be an added advantage.
