tech-savvy Operations & Admin Executive
to support internal coordination, production tracking, and data management through our ERP system.
Key Responsibilities
Production Coordination & Tracking
- Monitor all production activities through the internal ERP system.
- Digitise and maintain daily production planning and order follow-up sheets.
- Coordinate internally between merchandising, production, and quality teams to ensure timelines are met.
- Generate regular production and efficiency reports for management.
- Identify internal delays or bottlenecks and ensure timely follow-ups.
ERP & Data Management
- Learn and manage the company's ERP system for order tracking and production updates.
- Enter and maintain accurate data for all styles, POs, and production stages.
- Create and update Excel or Google Sheet reports and dashboards.
- Assist in digitising manual records into the ERP and maintaining clean data flow.
Admin & Office Coordination
- Maintain internal documentation, production records, and digital filing systems.
- Assist management with daily administrative tasks, reports, and meeting coordination.
- Support the Managing Director in follow-ups, task tracking, and internal communication.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in a
garment export or manufacturing unit
. - Computer literate
– strong proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting). - Excellent organisational and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under timelines.
- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable with technology-driven workflows.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of garment production processes and internal factory coordination.
- Experience managing or implementing ERP or production tracking systems.
- Ability to create Excel-based process trackers and analytical reports.
