We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer for a Garment Export Company with an annual turnover of Rs 600Cr and expected to grow to Rs 1000 cr in the next 4-5 Years

Job description

Should be able to formulate & implement, and plan the strategy where the business has to go and how to get there. Should have extensive knowledge of Garment Manufacturing and export business

Also, building and overseeing the executive team.

  1. Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision.

  2. Strong understanding of Corporate finance and Management principles

  3. Familiarity with diverse business functions such as Marketing, P.R., Finance, Accounts, Company law, HR, etc.

  4. In-depth knowledge of Corporate Governance

  5. An entrepreneurial mindset with good organizational and leadership skills

  6. Problem-solving skills

  7. Good communication skills

  8. Looking at potential acquisitions that will enhance Shareholder value.

  9. Represent the organization in Industry Associations
