Role Description

KESARI ALLOYS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include managing relationships with investors, banks, and stakeholders, as well as optimizing financial performance, monitoring cash flow, and preparing accurate financial reports. The CFO will also lead financial analyses to support business decision-making and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive company growth and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, tax compliance, and risk management frameworks.
  • Leadership qualities with experience managing high-performing finance teams.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to interact with investors, banks, and key partners.
  • Familiarity with advanced financial systems and tools for data-based decision-making.
  • Proven experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a significant advantage.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or an advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
