Role Overview

As a
Product Intern
, you'll work closely with the product and engineering teams to enhance user experience, streamline service workflows, and identify product improvements based on user feedback and data.

You will gain exposure to end-to-end product management — from user research and analytics to feature design, execution, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining and refining product requirements, workflows, and feature specifications.
  • Conduct
    user research and competitor benchmarking
    to identify market needs and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to
    test and enhance new product features
    .
  • Track product metrics, analyze user behavior, and provide insights to improve engagement and retention.
  • Contribute to wireframes, product documentation, and quality assurance before feature releases.
  • Support in gathering and organizing user feedback to help prioritize the product roadmap.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to draw insights from data.
  • Basic understanding of product lifecycle, UI/UX principles, and agile development.
  • Familiarity with tools like
    Figma, Notion, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel
    is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Curiosity for user-centric problem solving and a "get things done" attitude.
