Shift timing : 8 PM to 5 AM

Salary bar to incentives

Interview timing & mode - 7 PM to 9 PM Monday to Friday (Walk-in)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic candidate for the role of Business Development Executive to join our International Sales team. The role involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, pitching products/services, and maintaining strong client relationships.

The position is open to both male and female candidates, with preference given to female applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads (inbound & outbound) and explore new markets
  • Conduct outreach via email/phone to set up meetings
  • Prepare presentations and marketing support materials
  • Negotiate deals and support clients throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with the team and assist in training
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold company reputation

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
  • Good understanding of sales & payments industry (training provided)
  • Time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours
  • Must be a graduate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
