BDE (Business Development Executive)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify and onboard new clients, build long-term relationships, and drive revenue growth. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the payment gateway industry by offering innovative solutions to businesses across diverse sectors.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in the payment gateway or fintech industry).
- Candidates having experience in IT, International BPO, Customer Service, BPO Sales, Payment Gateways can also apply
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts related to payment gateways and explain them to clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.
- Client Acquisition: Present and promote our payment gateway solutions to prospective clients, addressing their needs with tailored proposals.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (tech, finance, operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales and performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
