3) Communicate product features and benefits effectively and Build/maintain client relationships.
4) Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training to ensure their success and sales growth.
5) Make strategic planning to grow Business for all B2C & B2B Branches.
6) Advising clients on profitable Investment opportunities for Equity, Commodity, and currency products.
7) Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
8) Keep in touch with customers through personal visits, telephone calls, and correspondence. Understand client needs and industry trends to tailor solutions and provide exceptional service at the B2B level.
9) Achieve and exceed sales targets.
10) Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
11) Conduct client meetings and presentations.
12) Ensure accurate and compliant client documentation.
13) Maintain accurate records and provide regular sales reports.
14) Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
15) Ensure consistent product movement and revenue growth in the assigned territory.
16) Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
17) Regular visits to the client's place as per the route plan.
18) Identify and convert new leads into loyal clients, handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints effectively.
