Client Account Manager (Contract Staffing) You will be responsible for Managing and developing client accounts, builds strong relationships, understands staffing needs, and ensures timely delivery of contract staffing solutions and coordinate with recruitment teams, negotiate contract terms, track account performance, and resolve client issues. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact. - Understand client staffing needs and industry trends to provide tailored solutions. - Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates for contract positions. - Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients. - Manage and develop client accounts, including identifying new business opportunities. - Track and report on account metrics and performance, identifying areas for improvement. - Address and resolve client concerns and issues promptly. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. - Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and build trust. - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services. Qualification And Experience:1. Should Have 7-12 Years Experience in Contract Staffing. Ability to build and nurture strong client relationships while providing high-value solutions.2. Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills to influence decision-making and drive business growth.3. A strategic, problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions.4. Passion for sales and business development, with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.5. Ability to lead change, implement best practices, and stay ahead of industry trends.6. Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring efficient record-keeping and follow-ups.7.
